The Fusion Lite is the third Fusion Series model and offers premium inserting technology and speeds of up to 16,000 envelopes per hour at a particularly attractive price. Like the other two models, the Fusion Lite employs the Flow-Principle and it is able to handle the full range of formats from B6+ to B4 and #7 3/4 to Flats, whilst leaving nothing to be desired when it comes to processing enclosures either. In the Flow-Principle, the filling speed is slowed down by a factor of 4.5 so that the actual insertion process is allowed more time, which means that different envelope formats and complex enclosures can be processed securely and without stops. This unique technology ensures an extremely stable and reliable production flow. Devoting more time to the actual insertion process means that different envelope formats and enclosures up to 15 mm thick and weighing as much as 1 kg can be reliably processed. Whatever enclosures the future may bring, with Fusion Lite enveloping machine you will be fully equipped to handle them.

Envelope Print On Demand (EPOD) allows logos or individual marketing messages to be printed directly on the envelope in full color. As an added bonus, pre-printed envelopes no longer need to be stored, which simplifies internal logistics.
BOXIT postal tray system: efficient mail logistics

BOXIT is a smart system for automatically filling postal trays. It is a standard feature of all Fusion Speed systems and an optional feature for other inserting systems. BOXIT takes the envelopes filled by the inserter and automatically deposits them in the appropriate post box. Optionally, robots can prepare the filled postal trays for onward transport.
