BOWE SYSTEC card mailing systems provide maximum reliability for processing personalized plastic cards. Now, the newly developed One4All has expanded the existing portfolio to include a “jack of all trades”. With maximum speeds of up to 6,000 cards per hour, the One4All processes all standard applications and job sizes in the card market: efficiently, fully automated and designed for frequent job changeovers. In addition to the new folding unit, this compact card mailing system has an extra, special feature: a delta robot that freely applies up to six plastic cards on the carrier document (A4 unfolded), offering significantly more flexibility for card applications.

NEW TECHNOLOGY: SHORT FOLDING PROCESS

The previously lengthy process involving many separate stations is now carried out by the One4All with just one folding unit. This saves an incredible three meters of machinery space, plus the operating costs, for absolutely unparalleled economy!
Another new feature is that the folding unit only pulls in the section of paper intended for the folding edges and issues the pre-folded paper correctly oriented and opened. Lastly, a robot flexibly attaches the cards to the pre-folded document. The material-friendly processing procedures result in correspondingly precise results. This not only prevents impressions from embossed cards, but it also allows any type of card material, including metal, to be processed.

ROBOTS DEPLOYED FOR GREATER PRODUCTIVITY & FLEXIBILITY

A delta robot places up to six cards on the unfolded A4 carrier document (or four when folded) fully automatically and precisely. The position of the card is freely selectable and may vary from document to document. This not only ensures greater productivity, it also offers unprecedented flexibility in card application processing.
