With the One4All BOWE SYSTEC presents a new development with the functional range of a card mailing machine that „does it all“. A single system that covers all common card mailing applications thereby reducing operating costs, labor and space requirements. With production speeds of up to 6,000 cards per hour, the One4all card mailing system processes all common job types: efficiently, fully automated and designed for frequent job changes.

One4All handles all common applications in the card market with fully automated processing. The modern card mailing system automatically sets itself up, right up to the fold, via the precise BOWE IQ software control, thus reducing setup times to a minimum. If intervention by an operator is needed, they will be guided through the process by the software on the touch screen.
This offers a clear advantage especially for frequent job changeovers and when processing many different card types. It not only reduces the operator's workload, but also increases the processing productivity and reliability.

OF THE INPUT
Online paper infeed via document print „on demand“ or offline via cut sheet feeder and pre-printed documents? This doesn't matter to our One4All card mailing system. Even a direct switch via plug & play between both types of input is possible. And what’s more: any type of printer can be integrated!
INTERMEDIATE BUFFER FOR CONTINUOUS PROCESSING

The integrated buffer with draw off from above enables a continuous process flow and furthermore ensures that the printer and card mailing system „understand“ and can communicate with each other. Up to 20 sheets can be held in the buffer to ensure that the load is balanced between any printer and the card mailing system. For example, speed variations in the print process can be compensated and an optimum utilization of the system with maximum output is enabled. The draw off from above ensures even more reliability. As there is no weight on the document to be drawn off, the risk of multiple feeds is minimized, and the documents can be fed with optimal orientation for the following process steps.
NEW TECHNOLOGY: THE PERFECT FOLD
The innovative, patent pending folding concept ensures a clear technological advantage: the folder doesn't pull in the complete document, but instead only the section intended for the fold edge and pre-folds the „card-free“ paper for single, wrap or z-fold. Only in the next processing step is the card flexibly attached to the carrier document by a spider robot. Finally, the paper with the card attached only needs to be flipped over at the fold edge. This significantly reduces susceptibility to error during the folding process, minimizes stops and enables constantly high fold-quality.

With the spider robot, the cards can be flexibly attached to the pre-folded document via „pick & place“. The processing steps are correspondingly gentle on material and the final results correspondingly precise. In this way, not only can imprints of embossed cards be avoided, but almost every kind of card material, e.g. metal, can also be processed. Up to 6 cards for unfolded carriers and up to 4 cards for (pre-) folded carriers can be attached in the required position in a way which is gentle on both material and machine. The position of the card can be freely chosen and can vary from document to document: this ensures a previously unattainable level of flexibility for card attaching. At production speeds of up to 6,000 cards per hour, One4All continuously delivers high-precision results.
