The BOWE GROUP Exclusive Days 2024 provided a unique opportunity to experience the latest advancements in automation up close. Over 400 visitors attended the three event blocks held in mid-June, early September and late October, witnessing the BOWE GROUP‘s innovative strength firsthand. 

Automation and connectivity were the core themes of this year’s BOWE GROUP Exclusive Days, which invited customers and prospects to the company’s Headquarters in Augsburg on three separate dates. In-depth expert discussions and exciting live demonstrations offered attendees profound insights into the world of automation.  

Innovations for efficient document processing
BOWE SYSTEC showcased an impressive range of solutions for efficient letter and document processing. The new card inserting system “One4All” attracted particular interest. Featuring an innovative folding module, it enables the automated attachement of up to four cards onto a document while meeting the highest security standards. The portfolio was further enhanced by the Fusion inserting machines and the BOXIT system for the automated filling of postal trays. The Simex Flexi ensured precise sorting of letters by postal code. Another highlight was the EPOD printer. This versatile device adds the finishing touch to filled envelopes, enabling high-quality envelope printing. Combined with other systems, BOWE SYSTEC offers an end-to-end solution for the entire document processing chain.

Intelligent intralogistics solutions
BOWE INTRALOGISTICS demonstrated the flexibility and efficiency of modern intralogistics solutions. The modular vertical sorter MVS impressed with its adaptability to various warehouse environments. Together with intelligent conveyor systems, it creates a highly dynamic material handling system.

Robotics solutions for greater flexibility
BOWE MOVE presented a number of automated mobile robots designed to enhance flexibility and efficiency in intralogistics. The FlexxBot, TugBot and the PalletBot ensured seamless automation of all processes. Equally impressive was the robotic arm for automatically sorting postal trays, which stood out thanks to its precision and speed.

Comprehensive software solutions for process optimization
BOWE IQ provides a comprehensive Warehouse Management System that efficiently controls and monitors all warehouse processes. RFID gates and RFID tracking enable seamless monitoring of goods. The partner company Solcon complemented the portfolio with innovative warehouse management solutions. The RTLS tracking system enhanced warehouse transparency and allowed precise localization of goods. Mobile workstations and robust industrial computers were also showcased, supporting employees in daily tasks, withstanding harsh conditions and saving valuable time.

Intelligent control with MOV.AI
MOV.AI serves as the central control software for BOWE MOVE robots. It enables autonomous navigation, obstacle recognition and avoidance, as well as flexible responses to changing conditions.
