BOWE SYSTEC celebrates its world premiere of the One4All card mailing system
Last year, the mailroom division BOWE SYSTEC set the stage at Exclusive Days 2024 with its preview of a "One4All" solution. Building upon the preview at last year's event, the One4All represents a significant leap forward in automated card processing. The name says it all: The new One4All card mailing system processes all common applications in the card market on the smallest footprint and with complete automation. The system automatically captures all processing parameters by reading the first card of a job correctly and dynamically sets itself up. Additionally, the folding unit only feeds in the paper section intended for the fold edges. Using robotics, the cards are then flexibly attached to the pre-folded document. The result is gentle material processing and precise folding results. 

Focus: greater mailroom automation
The Fusion Speed and Fusion Cross inserting machines are among the fastest and most efficient on the market. The Fusion Speed is now delivered with the BOXIT postal tray system as a standard component, while the Fusion Cross can be optionally equipped with BOXIT. A focal point of the demonstrations will be the enhanced automation and autonomization of the inserting process within a print and mailing center. The postal trays filled by BOXIT are seamlessly managed by a robot at the end of the conveyor belt and placed on a ready trolley. A mobile robot (AMR) then takes the trolley to the letter sorting system. After sorting, the filled trays are picked up by another AMR and transported onwards for delivery – all orchestrated and precisely tracked by our BOWE IQ Software.

BOWE IQ IoT Software at the core
At the core of our integrated solutions lies the BOWE IQ IoT Software Suite. In fact, software from the BOWE IQ division plays a crucial role – not just during the Exclusive Days. It facilitates the interconnectivity and control of goods, machines, hardware and entire processes from various environments.
