The Swivel Wheel Sorter provides a lot of performance in a very small space. It sorts a wide variety of items but scores particularly with its ability to flexibly handle very large and heavy products up to one meter in length and weighing up to 40 kg. With a maximum capacity of up to 6,000 items per hour, the Swivel Wheel Sorter is ideal for medium sortation volumes in the CEP business and e-commerce as well as in the manufacturing industry.

The design of this modular in-line sorter is as practical as it is efficient, consisting of belt and roller conveyor modules ingeniously arranged for quick installation and easy maintenance. Downtime is reduced to a minimum. The flexible, individually controllable swivel wheels direct the items to be sorted smoothly in the desired direction at any angle between 0° and 180° – perfect for double-sided sorting or for making sure that parcels are correctly aligned.
